Each person who purchases a home in Caloosa Trace should be aware that there are specific Covenants, Restrictions and Easements (CR&E's) that pertain to their home or lot. These CR&E's outline, among other things, an Architectural Review process. It is the Owner's responsibility to comply with the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and Board of Directors requirements as well as the applicable Lee County Municipal Codes.

One homeowner per lot may vote on Association business and residents
who do not own the property may not vote unless they are assigned a
proxy by the owner. Any homeowner wishing to vote by proxy must
complete this form.
